Full-time, on-site BIM ID Modeler role based in Dubai.
Develop and manage detailed BIM models for multidisciplinary projects.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and coordinate BIM models for architectural and MEP elements.
- Ensure models accurately reflect construction drawings and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design conflicts and maintain model integrity.
- Support clash detection and coordination activities.
- Prepare model-based documentation and participate in design reviews.
- Follow company standards and industry best practices for BIM workflows.
- Collaborate on-site with project teams to deliver precise, timely digital models.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in BIM tools and methodologies, with experience creating and managing detailed models.
- Knowledge of architecture and construction principles and ability to translate design concepts into accurate digital models.
- Hands-on modeling experience, including 3D modeling, layout coordination, and integration of multidisciplinary design information.
- Practical understanding of MEP systems and their coordination in BIM environments.
- Ability to read, interpret, and produce construction drawings and model-based documentation aligned with project standards.
- Proficiency in BIM and CAD software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple models and versions under tight deadlines.
- Communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional on-site collaboration.
- A relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Middle East commercial or infrastructure BIM modeling experience is an advantage.
