Full-time, on-site BIM Architect role based in Dubai.
Develop and manage Building Information Models for architectural projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate multidisciplinary information and resolve design conflicts.
Core responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate architectural and construction drawings.
- Ensure design accuracy and maintain BIM standards throughout project phases.
- Review and prepare submittals and support documentation for approvals.
- Ensure models align with project timelines, quality requirements, and client specifications.
- Contribute to process improvement, template development, and BIM workflow best practices.
Architecture and BIM qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and ability to translate design intent into detailed technical documentation.
- Proficiency in BIM tools and workflows, including model creation, coordination, and clash detection.
- Experience preparing and reviewing architectural and construction drawings for multidisciplinary projects.
- Ability to manage submittals, including design documents and technical specifications for client and authority approvals.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Professional registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Relevant BIM implementation experience on medium- to large-scale projects is highly beneficial.
Tools and technical knowledge
- Experience with industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar BIM tools.
- Knowledge of UAE or GCC local building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams on-site.
