Senior Bim Coordinator

, you’ll play a vital role in managing and coordinating Building Information Models across complex MEP systems for high-performance data centre projects.

Your Role

  • As a Senior BIM Coordinator, you will:
  • Lead and manage BIM coordination activities for large-scale MEP projects.
  • Oversee model updates, clash detection, and coordination between design and site teams.
  • Implement and monitor BIM workflows using Revit and Navisworks, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
  • Manage BIM deliverables and model integrity in line with the overall programme schedule.
  • Support site teams by resolving coordination issues and maintaining up-to-date as-built models.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, and design departments to ensure seamless information flow across all project stages.

What We’re Looking For

  • **Experience:**
  • 8–10 years of BIM coordination experience within large-scale MEP projects.
  • **Education:**
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • **Technical Expertise:**
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and clash detection workflows.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, coordination principles, and BIM standards.
  • Ability to manage federated models, resolve conflicts, and maintain project documentation efficiently.
  • **Collaboration Skills:**
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of working effectively with both design and site execution teams.
  • **Delivery Focus:**
  • Proven track record in managing BIM deliverables and meeting programme requirements under tight deadlines.
