Billing Coordinator

A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Billing coordinator, e-billing, accounts receivable or closely related experience preferred; law firm experience strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of client billing guidelines, invoice review, electronic billing, and issue resolution.

Experience with Aderant or other legal billing system preferred; familiarity with LEDES formats and e-billing portals is a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and remote collaboration tools

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills, including discretion with confidential information.

This position is fully remote in MN.

The pay range for this position varies by geographic market. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors including education, experience, skills, professional background, overall qualifications, and location. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting pay is $23.07 - $28.71 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $45,000 - $56,000 annually.
