Billing Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Adhere to DHL processes and controls.
• Raise sales invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.
• Handle collections as a first point of contact with Accenture and other stakeholders.
• Ensure billing backup documentation is available on time.
• Access and use customer self-billing portals.
• Manage daily workflow tasks in line with agreed SLAs.
• Maintain billing diaries and work toward billing KPIs.
• Identify deviations, resolve issues with the line manager, and support continuous improvement.

Candidate requirements

• Experience in billing and a financial background.
• Intermediate-level Excel skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self-motivation and a positive, can-do attitude.
