Billing Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Adhere to DHL processes and controls.
• Raise sales invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.
• Handle collections as a first point of contact for Accenture and other stakeholders.
• Ensure billing backup is available on time.
• Use customer self-billing portals.
• Manage daily workflow tasks in line with agreed SLAs.
• Maintain billing diaries and support accurate, right-first-time invoicing.
• Identify deviations, resolve issues with the line manager, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work towards and exceed billing KPIs.

Requirements

• Financial background and intermediate Excel skills.
• Effective communication skills, self-motivation, and a positive can-do attitude.
• Experience in billing.

Contract and hours

• Three-month secondment or fixed-term contract.
• Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week.
