• After completing the induction and technical training, you will gain exposure to multiple clients from different industries and work alongside ambitious professionals, with the opportunity to travel across the region.

• Upon completion, you may have the opportunity to apply for a full-time role within A&M Middle East.
• How you will contribute
• If you are a highly motivated and growth-driven fresh graduate with a passion for making a positive impact, we are looking for you.
• You will play an active part in supporting a variety of projects across A&M’s Middle East operations and client engagements.
• We welcome enthusiastic and driven Saudi nationals who have graduated within the past 12 months holding a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or any other related fields.
• As part of the program, you will join a growing team with strong leadership, bright, curious and energetic individuals with a truly entrepreneurial mindset.
• Depending on your interests and educational background, you will gain exposure to:
• Strategy and performance improvement consulting and industries network such as tourism, hospitality & leisure, banking & finance, infrastructure & capital projects, retail, F&B, education, telecommunications, automotive, manufacturing, energy, consumer goods, transport, and business services
• Defining and redefining strategy, planning, and executing transformation, and navigating complex merger integrations and carve-outs
• Financial and/or operational restructuring that requires undertaking financial analysis in a time pressured situation
• Work on client engagements either in the office or on client site (when possible)
• Develop company and industrial analyses
• Support research initiatives and new business development

Qualifications

• We are looking for people who are:
• Saudi nationals
• Fresh graduates with a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields from an accredited, high‑ranking university
• Holding a minimum GPA of 3.75/5 or 3/4 (or equivalent)
• Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory). You will be required to demonstrate a business level knowledge of English when communicating (both written and verbal).
• Strong in analytical thinking, problem-solving and solution-orientation.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills, able to multi‑task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Able to research, analyse and present information clearly
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
