• Excellent research, writing and checking skills, with close attention to detail
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of using AI is advantageous.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with trends and best practices in bid writing and design.

As the Bid Writer you will be responsible for managing the tender process for all new business, specifically responding to requests for information, creating and writing tender bids and proposals and preparing presentations.
• We have a proven track record of developing and nurturing successful business development professionals who started their career as bid writers, now leaders in their field still enjoying their career and successfully winning fabulous contracts across our business.
