About the Café Supervisor Role
Oversee the day-to-day café operation, ensuring excellent food quality and customer service at all times.
Supervise, motivate and support the café team to deliver a great guest experience.
Support the management team in driving sales and achieving operational goals.
Ensure high standards of food safety, health & safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Lead by example and help create a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, along with excellent customer service and leadership skills. You'll be proactive, organised, enjoy working in a busy environment and be passionate about delivering outstanding experiences to our visitors.
