Qualifications
- WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- A positive, upbeat personality with a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and guest‐service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must possess and be able to maintain valid Health Card
- Must possess and be able to maintain valid Alcohol Card
- SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- None.
- LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Must be able to effectively communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to operate using U.S. currency
- COMPUTER SKILLS
- Knowledge of point‐of‐sale (POS) systems in applicable venues
- Exhibit Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service model at all times
- Must be available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training in a similar food outlet, hotel, or casino environment preferred

Responsibilities
- HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
- Take beverage orders and relay them accurately to the Bartender
- Collect completed drink orders, add appropriate garnishes, and prepare trays for service
- Serve beverages to guests in assigned areas with speed and professionalism
- Compute bills and process payments for drink orders when required
- Request identification from guests to ensure all patrons served are 21+
- Remove empty or dirty glasses, bottles, and ashtrays; return items to the bar or kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, service stations, and assigned sections
- Restock napkins, straws, glassware, and other service items as needed
- Assist with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all guests
- Communicate guest needs or concerns to Bartenders or Supervisors
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
