Qualifications
- WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- A positive, upbeat personality with a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and guest‐service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology basics, and responsible alcohol service
- CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Valid Alcohol Awareness Card
- Valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card
- Valid Non-Gaming Card
- SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- None.
- LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Must be able to effectively communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Cash‐handling accuracy and attention to detail.
- COMPUTER SKILLS
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‐paced environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
- HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
- Provide outstanding guest service with a friendly, engaging personality
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‐alcoholic beverages with accuracy, speed, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, policies, and safety standards
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and comps with precision and professionalism
- Engage guests, make recommendations, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
- Work collaboratively with barbacks, servers, and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve guest concerns with courtesy, confidence, and a solutions‐focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
