The Bell Attendant cum Driver supports guest arrivals and departures and helps deliver a positive hotel experience.
The role serves as a guest-facing hotel ambassador, supports lobby traffic, and provides information about hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs, answer inquiries, and welcome guests politely and warmly.
- Support daily Bell service desk operations and keep the lobby clean and tidy.
- Assist guests with luggage and luggage storage, and deliver messages and other items to guest rooms.
- Know hotel products, room types, rates, facilities, food and beverage outlets, promotions, spa, health club, and other properties.
- Assist guests requiring special attention and complete shift checklist duties.
- Coordinate taxis, private vehicles, limousines, and other hotel transportation arrangements.
- Assist other hotel areas when required.
Location
- The role is based at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel.
Requirements
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to guest inquiries in a polite and friendly manner.
- Possess knowledge of hotel operations, products, services, facilities, outlets, and promotions.
- Support guests requiring special attention.
