Bell Attendant
Role Overview
• Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, and unloading with care and professionalism during arrival and departure
• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous guidance throughout the hotel, including lobby, entrance, and parking areas
• Coordinate guest flow and movement to ensure smooth operations during peak times
• Maintain awareness of hotel layout, services, and amenities to provide accurate information and directions to guests
• Ensure guest safety and security by following established protocols and procedures
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
• Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to deliver coordinated guest service
• Monitor and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations

Qualifications
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills; professional grooming and uniform standards.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented, proactive approach; multitasking, composure under pressure, attention to detail, and commitment to service standards.
- Knowledge of Dubai attractions, dining, and local services; basic computer skills for guest requests and interdepartmental communication.
- Bellman or hospitality experience is preferred.
