Beauty Therapist
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality beauty treatments, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other skincare or body treatments.
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards according to health regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Promote and sell beauty products and services to clients.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Handle client appointments, records, and follow-ups professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role.
- Certification or diploma in beauty therapy or cosmetology.
- Knowledge of various beauty treatments and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a team and manage time efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with advanced treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, chemical peels, aromatherapy).
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in beauty therapy.
