About the Role

Program Planning & Execution

• Design and conduct engaging sessions focused on music, arts, crafts, movement, sensory learning, and emotional wellbeing.
• Create age-appropriate lesson plans and activity schedules for children.
• Conduct interactive group sessions, workshops, and seasonal activities.
• Organize creative and educational events for children and families.
• Ensure activities promote creativity, confidence, social interaction, and developmental growth.

Child Engagement & Development

• Build a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for children.
• Encourage participation, creativity, self-expression, and teamwork.
• Support children’s emotional, cognitive, sensory, and social development.
• Observe children’s behavior and provide feedback to parents when required.
• Work closely with parents to ensure a positive child experience.

Wellness & Movement Activities

• Conduct movement-based sessions including dance, yoga, stretching, rhythm, and physical coordination activities.
• Encourage mindfulness, focus, emotional balance, and healthy routines.
• Incorporate wellness-based learning into activities and workshops.

Events & Community Engagement

• Support planning and execution of kids’ events, themed workshops, camps, and community activities.
• Assist in creating engaging experiences aligned with the center’s wellness philosophy.
• Participate in promotional events, social media content shoots, and community engagement initiatives when required.

Classroom & Safety Management

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of activity areas.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are child-safe and properly managed.
• Follow safeguarding, hygiene, and health & safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in:

• Early Childhood Education

• Music
• Fine Arts
• Psychology
• Child Development
• Occupational Therapy
• Physical Education
• Wellness or related fields
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, energetic, patient, and child-friendly personality.
• Ability to conduct engaging group activities and workshops.
• Experience in wellness centers, schools, nurseries, activity centers, or kids clubs is preferred.
• Knowledge of sensory play, emotional wellbeing, mindfulness, or child psychology is an added advantage.
