We are looking for a polished, well-presented, and customer-focused **Beauty Salon Receptionist** to join our beauty salon team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and must be professional, organized, and confident in handling appointments, client inquiries, and daily front desk operations.
Since apparently even beauty needs a command center, this role is key to ensuring a smooth and welcoming salon experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage salon appointments, bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries professionally.
- Maintain client records and update booking systems accurately.
- Coordinate with beauty technicians and salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle payments, invoices, and basic cashiering duties.
- Promote salon services, packages, and retail products when appropriate.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
- Assist with client complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner.
- Support management with basic administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or customer service representative is preferred.
- Experience in a beauty salon, spa, hotel, or luxury service environment is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Friendly personality with a positive and service-minded attitude.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently.
- Basic computer skills and experience with booking systems or POS systems is preferred.
- Must be available to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
