Job Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression
- Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with stylists and technicians to maintain smooth daily operations
- Handle billing, payments, and basic cash management
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Manage client records and update booking systems
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist the manager with daily operational tasks and coordination when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
