Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Ladies Beauty Salon.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, salon management experience, and the ability to ensure excellent customer service and smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall salon operations and staff performance
- Handle daily scheduling, attendance, and branch coordination
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, customer service, and salon presentation
- Monitor stock, inventory, and supplier coordination
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Achieve sales targets and improve business performance
- Train and motivate staff to maintain service quality
- Prepare reports and coordinate with management regularly
Requirements
- Previous experience in beauty salon management is mandatory
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently
- Knowledge of salon operations, products, and customer service standards
- Computer knowledge and reporting skills preferred
- English communication required; additional languages are an advantage
