About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our team at Lamise Korean Beauty & Skincare in Abu Dhabi.
You will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through our Korean skincare range and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised skincare consultations and product recommendations
- Drive sales and achieve individual targets
- Maintain product knowledge of Korean skincare ingredients, routines, and trends
- Ensure the store is well-presented, stocked, and merchandised at all times
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Support stock counts, replenishment, and daily store operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a beauty advisor or skincare retail role
- Strong knowledge of skincare (Korean beauty experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Available to join immediately
- Based in or able to commute to Abu Dhabi
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
