Admin Officer — Korea 360

About The Role
Korea 360 is looking for a highly organised and tech-savvy Admin Officer to join our team at Dubai Festival City.
The ideal candidate is an immediate starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office management tasks
- Manage data entry, documentation, filing, and record-keeping
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier correspondence
- Support HR and operations with administrative requirements
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records using ERP and Odoo systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock reconciliation through the system
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems — Odoo experience is essential
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Available to join immediately
- Based in Dubai or willing to commute to Dubai Festival City
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
