Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Female Beauty Advisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide expert beauty advice, recommend suitable products, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
1. Customer Service & Consultation
- Greet customers and provide personalized beauty consultations.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
- Demonstrate product usage and application techniques.
2. Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote new products, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
3. Product Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of all beauty products, brands, and trends.
- Stay updated on skincare routines, makeup techniques, and industry developments.
4. Store Presentation
- Ensure products are well displayed, clean, and organized.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist in visual merchandising activities.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with clients to encourage repeat business.
6. Hygiene & Compliance
- Maintain high hygiene standards when applying or demonstrating products.
- Follow company policies and health & safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (beauty certification is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in cosmetics, skincare, or retail sales.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and application techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
