Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Merchandiser to join our FMCG team.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of merchandising experience in the FMCG sector, possess a valid driving license with their own vehicle, and be familiar with local traffic regulations and road networks.

The candidate should have good communication skills in English, a professional appearance, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned retail outlets and ensure products are properly displayed according to company standards.
  • Maintain product visibility, shelf arrangement, and merchandising plans.
  • Monitor stock levels and report out-of-stock items promptly.
  • Ensure pricing labels and promotional materials are correctly displayed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.
  • Conduct regular market visits and provide feedback on competitor activities.
  • Submit daily merchandising reports and updates.
  • Ensure products are clean, organized, and attractively presented.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum **2–3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the FMCG industry**.
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
  • Understanding of basic merchandising principles and retail display standards.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Trustworthy, punctual, responsible, and respectful.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits daily.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Pay: Up to QAR3,500.00 per month
