Role Description
The BDM - Nursery (Landscape) role at AG Holding involves overseeing business development initiatives for the nursery and landscaping division.
Responsibilities
include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver sustainable landscape solutions.
The role requires market research, sales strategy development, and project proposal creation to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets, particularly in the landscaping or related industries.
- Industry Expertise: Knowledge of nursery operations, landscaping techniques, and sustainability practices.
- Communication and Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present proposals and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning and Market Research: Ability to analyze market trends, develop effective sales strategies, and create tailored solutions for clients.
- Additional Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Horticulture, or a related field; experience in the Middle East market; and familiarity with local landscaping trends and ecological requirements.
