Key Responsibilities

• **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Ventures Onsites market presence. Develop and implement strategies to target potential clients and partners.

• **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure support for business development efforts.
• **Reporting**: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• **Skills**: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• **Knowledge**: Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• **Technology**: Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools. Familiarity with project management and industry-specific software is advantageous.
