Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality **espresso-based and manual brew beverages**
- Perform **grinder calibration, espresso extraction, and milk steaming**
- Maintain consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation
- Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service
- Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and work area clean and organized
- Follow hygiene, safety, and café standards at all times
- Assist in stock monitoring, opening/closing duties, and daily operations
- Share coffee knowledge with customers and support a welcoming café environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a **Barista in a specialty coffee shop/café**
- Good knowledge of:
- Espresso extraction
- Milk texturing / latte art
- Grinder calibration
- Brew methods and coffee quality standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail
