We are looking for a skilled and refined **Senior Barista** to become part of our dynamic team in a premium hospitality setting.
If you have a passion for exceptional coffee, creativity in beverage crafting, and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare high-quality coffee, specialty drinks, mocktails, and mojitos with precision and flair.
- Lead and inspire the barista team, ensuring consistency and top-tier service.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and beverage quality.
- Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control and equipment upkeep.
- Introduce innovative, seasonal, and signature drink offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum **3+ years of professional barista experience** (supervisory experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of **specialty coffee, latte art, and premium drink preparation.**
- Familiarity with **luxury service standards and hygiene best practices.**
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for **craftsmanship, creativity, and guest satisfaction.**
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
