Overview
We are seeking a **refined and experienced Senior Barista.** This role is ideal for a passionate coffee artisan with a strong eye for quality, presentation, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft premium coffee, specialty beverages, mocktails, and mojitos
- Lead and mentor the barista team to deliver exceptional consistency and service
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and product quality
- Oversee daily operations, stock control, and equipment maintenance
- Curate innovative and seasonal beverage creations
Requirements
- **Minimum 3 years of barista experience (leadership exposure preferred)**
- Expertise in specialty coffee, latte art, and premium beverage preparation
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Passion for craftsmanship, creativity, and elevated guest experiences
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
