We are seeking a **refined and experienced FEMALE Senior Barista** to join our team.
This role is ideal for a passionate coffee artisan with a strong eye for quality, presentation, and service excellence, delivering an elevated guest experience in a premium environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft exceptional coffee, specialty beverages, mocktails, and mojitos to the highest standards
- Lead, train, and mentor the barista team to ensure consistency and outstanding service
- Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, presentation, and product quality
- Oversee daily operations including stock control and equipment maintenance
- Develop and introduce innovative and seasonal beverage offerings
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of professional barista experience** (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong expertise in specialty coffee, latte art, and premium beverage preparation
- Solid understanding of **luxury service standards** and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Passion for craftsmanship, creativity, and delivering elevated guest experiences
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,700.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
