- نبحث عن شخص/ة متحمس/ة وودود/ة للانضمام إلى فريقنا كباريستا في مقهانا. المرشح/ة المثالي/ة يمتلك/تجيد مهارات تحضير القهوة والمشروبات الساخنة والباردة، ويتميز/تتميز بخدمة عملاء ممتازة وسرعة في العمل مع الحفاظ على معايير النظافة والجودة.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تحضير وتقديم مجموعة متنوعة من المشروبات الساخنة والباردة بما في ذلك الإسبريسو، اللاتيه، الكابتشينو، والقهوة المبرّدة وفقًا للوصفات والمعايير المعتمدة.
- التعامل مع طلبات العملاء بكفاءة ولباقة وتقديم توصيات عند الحاجة لضمان تجربة مميزة.
- تشغيل وصيانة معدات القهوة (ماكينات الإسبريسو، مطاحن البن، إلخ) والتأكد من نظافتها وسلامتها يوميًا.
- قياس ومراقبة مكونات المشروبات والتأكد من جودة وطعم المنتج النهائي باستمرار.
- المساهمة في تجهيز المخبوزات والوجبات الخفيفة البسيطة واتباع توجيهات السلامة الغذائية.
- التعامل مع المدفوعات وتشغيل صندوق النقود أو أنظمة نقاط البيع بدقة ومسؤولية.
- الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة العمل وترتيبها واتباع جداول التنظيف والصيانة.
- المساعدة في استقبال الشحنات وتخزين المواد الخام بطريقة منظمة لضمان صلاحيتها وجودتها.
- العمل ضمن فريق والمساهمة في التدريب المبسط للموظفين الجدد عند الحاجة.
- المتطلبات
- **خبرة سابقة** كباريستا أو في إعداد القهوة تفضّل.
- معرفة أساسية بأنواع القهوة وتقنيات السكب والبحوث الأساسية للمذاق.
- مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء وقدرة على التعامل مع ضغوط أوقات الذروة.
- قدرة على العمل بدوام مرن بما في ذلك الصباحات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع حسب الجدول.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة العربية؛ وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة.
- الالتزام بمعايير النظافة والسلامة الغذائية ودقة في التعامل مع النقود والنظام.
- القدرة على الوقوف لفترات طويلة وحمل أوزان خفيفة أثناء العمل.
- المؤهلات المفضلة
- شهادة تدريب في فنون تحضير القهوة أو دورات متعلقة بخدمة المشروبات.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن مقاهي مزدحمة أو بيئات خدمات الطعام.
- مهارات إعداد لاتيه آرت واهتمام بالتفاصيل البصرية للمشروبات.
