Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented **Saudi Barista / Waiter** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience by preparing beverages, serving food, and engaging with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations
- Prepare coffee and beverages according to quality standards
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Follow company policies and service standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Saudi nationality (required)
- Previous experience in cafés or restaurants is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of specialty coffee (Espresso, Latte Art, etc.)
- Basic understanding of restaurant service standards
- Attention to detail and strong customer focus

- الوصف الوظيفي
- نبحث عن باريستا/نادل سعودي يتمتع بالحيوية والاحترافية للانضمام إلى فريق العمل. سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن تقديم تجربة ضيافة مميزة من خلال تحضير المشروبات، تقديم الأطعمة، والتفاعل مع الضيوف بأسلوب راقٍ وودود.
- المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال الضيوف والترحيب بهم بأسلوب لبق واحترافي
- أخذ الطلبات بدقة وتقديم التوصيات عند الحاجة
- تحضير القهوة والمشروبات وفق معايير الجودة
- تقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات بطريقة منظمة واحترافية
- التأكد من رضا الضيوف والتعامل مع ملاحظاتهم بكفاءة
- الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة العمل والالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة
- التنسيق مع فريق المطبخ لضمان سرعة وجودة الخدمة
- الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات التشغيل
- المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- سعودي/سعودية الجنسية (شرط أساسي)
- خبرة سابقة في المطاعم أو المقاهي (مفضلة ولكن ليست شرطًا)
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وحسن التعامل مع الضيوف
- مظهر لائق وسلوك مهني
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وضمن فريق
- الاستعداد للعمل بنظام الورديات
- المهارات المفضلة
- خبرة في القهوة المختصة (Espresso، Latte Art، وغيرها)
- معرفة بأساسيات خدمة المطاعم
- سرعة التعلم والانتباه للتفاصيل
