Join the Sales Gallery team as a Barista delivering a premium hospitality experience to clients.
The role emphasizes consistent beverage quality and professional service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages to a consistent standard.
- Greet and assist clients warmly and professionally.
- Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Monitor coffee, milk, and supply stocks and report replenishment needs promptly.
- Keep coffee bar and lounge areas clean, orderly, and presentable under food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the gallery team on day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience; specialty coffee, luxury hospitality, or premium food and beverage experience is ideal.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Fluency in English is essential; other languages are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, grooming, and attitude are required.
- Food safety or barista certification is an advantage.
