Steak Town Restaurant is seeking an experienced Barista to join its restaurant team.
The role combines beverage preparation, latte art, guest service, hygiene, and support for daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, or similar establishment is required.
- Strong technical barista skills and latte art skills are required.
- Good knowledge of coffee, beverages, preparation, and presentation is required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is required.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are required.
- Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene is required.
- Current availability in Qatar is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and other drinks according to standards.
- Demonstrate good latte art and beverage presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and beverage quality standards.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth daily operations.
Workplace
- The role is based in Qatar and requires in-person work.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 1,500 per month.
