Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3 years of professional barista experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso extraction, milk steaming, and coffee preparation techniques.
- Proficiency operating professional coffee equipment and maintaining consistently high standards.
- Ability to remain composed, efficient, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, presentation, and guest service.
- A polished appearance, positive attitude, and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Salary and Pay
