FYTE Hospitality-FZCO is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance in the UAE.
The role supports day-to-day accounting operations, accurate financial records, and financial reporting in coordination with the finance team and other departments.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports on time.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor cash flow and support budget preparation.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and external auditors as needed.
- Support the Accounts Manager with daily and other finance-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous accounting experience; supervisory or assistant manager experience is preferred.
- Hospitality or restaurant industry experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills; attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 12,000 per month.
