The employer seeks a skilled, professional Barber to provide high-quality grooming services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide haircuts, trims, fades, and styling according to customer preferences.
- Perform beard trimming, shaving, and grooming services; consult customers about their preferred styles and needs.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic barbering area and properly maintain tools and equipment.
- Provide professional customer service, recommend suitable styles or grooming products when appropriate, and manage appointments for timely service.
- Follow company standards, safety procedures, and hygiene regulations; maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barber is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of modern and traditional barbering techniques.
- Good communication and customer-service skills; able to work efficiently with multiple customers.
- Good hygiene, attention to detail, and a friendly, reliable, professional attitude.
- Relevant barbering certification or training is an advantage.
Working conditions
- Full-time position with flexibility for working hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–2,700 per month; benefits and salary details will be discussed during the interview.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
