Job Title: Banksman Level 3 – ADNOC ApprovedLocation: UAE (ADNOC Sites)Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ADNOC-approved Banksman Level 3 to control and coordinate vehicle and lifting movements on-site. The role involves ensuring safe maneuvering of cranes, heavy vehicles, and equipment while maintaining clear communication with operators and the lifting team in line with ADNOC safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and control movement of cranes, heavy vehicles, and mobile equipment.
• Provide clear and standardized hand signals to crane operators and drivers.
• Ensure safe positioning of vehicles during lifting and transport operations.
• Maintain constant visual or radio communication with operators.
• Assess ground conditions, blind spots, and surrounding hazards.
• Ensure exclusion zones are established and maintained.
• Coordinate with Lifting Supervisor, riggers, and site team.
• Monitor site traffic and ensure compliance with traffic management plans.
• Stop unsafe movements or lifting activities immediately.
• Conduct toolbox talks related to lifting and vehicle movement.

Requirements:

• ADNOC-approved Banksman Level 3 certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in oil & gas or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of hand signaling standards and safe lifting practices.
• Ability to manage complex and high-risk site movements.
• Good communication and situational awareness skills.

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (minimum).
• Valid Banksman Level 3 certification (ADNOC approved).
• Additional HSE or defensive driving awareness training is an advantage.
