Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers to join our banking sales team.
Candidates with banking or financial services experience in their home country or the UAE are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell banking products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Accounts.
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and field sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of banking, financial services, or sales experience (UAE or home country).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- **Candidates on Spouse Visa are highly preferred.**
