Duties
- Develop and execute targeted Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI for clients
- Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to nurture leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into loyal customers
- Engage in B2B sales activities by identifying potential clients, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts effectively
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze campaign performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align advertising strategies with overall business development goals
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering technical sales support, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, Google Ads platform updates, and industry best practices to optimize campaign effectiveness
Experience
- Proven experience in digital advertising, especially with Google Ads management and lead generation strategies
- Strong background in B2B sales, telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and handle outbound calling campaigns confidently
- Experience in business development activities including prospecting, cold calling, warm calling, and closing deals
- Knowledge of marketing principles related to online advertising and lead nurturing processes
