We are seeking an experienced Baker with strong expertise in bread production, particularly focaccia bread and a variety of other breads.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, proofing, baking, and maintaining high-quality bread products while ensuring consistency, food safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake focaccia bread, sourdough, ciabatta, baguettes, and other artisan breads.
Mix, knead, shape, proof, and bake dough according to recipes and production standards.
Monitor fermentation and proofing processes to achieve optimal quality and consistency.
Ensure all products meet company standards for taste, texture, appearance, and freshness.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Manage daily bread production to meet operational requirements.
Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages as needed.
Assist in developing and testing new bread recipes and products.
Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Baker with a focus on breads.
Strong knowledge of focaccia bread production and bread-making techniques.
Understanding of dough handling, fermentation, proofing, and baking processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
