What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the daily operations of the Team Members' Cafeteria, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with food and beverage service for team members during meal periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the cafeteria and surrounding areas.
• Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are properly set up and maintained.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to colleagues, responding to their requests and inquiries.
• Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory control as required.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, celebrations, recognition events, and team member initiatives.
• Help create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere that enhances the overall team member experience.
• Collaborate closely with the People & Culture and Culinary Cafeteria teams on colleague-focused events and activities.
• What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, staff dining, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
• A warm, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for creating positive experiences and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
