Job Title: Backend Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Backend Engineer
with expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
to design, develop, and maintain backend components and APIs supporting enterprise CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
.NET development, Dynamics 365 SDK, and SQL Server
, with the ability to build scalable, high-performance integrations and business logic aligned with organizational requirements.
1. Backend Development
- Develop and maintain
- backend logic
- for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Build and customize
- plugins, workflows, and custom APIs
- using Dynamics SDK
- Implement business logic aligned with CRM processes
2. API & Integration Development
- Design and develop
- RESTful APIs and integrations
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with:
- ERP systems
- Third-party applications
- External services
- Ensure secure and scalable
- data exchange mechanisms
3. Database & Data Management
- Work with
SQL Server
- for data storage and retrieval
- Optimize queries, stored procedures, and database performance
- Ensure data integrity and consistency
4. Customization & Configuration
- Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules
- Extend CRM functionality using
- Dynamics SDK and Power Platform tools
5. Testing & Deployment
- Perform unit testing and support integration testing
- Participate in
- release management and deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
6. Performance & Security
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of CRM solutions
- Implement
- security best practices and access controls
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in
- backend development
- Strong expertise in:
- .NET / C#
• Dynamics 365 SDK
- SQL Server
- Experience in building
- APIs and integrations
- Knowledge of
- REST/SOAP services
