About This Role
The company is a tech scale-up with over 10 years of experience building innovative digital solutions across international markets. They are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (C#) to join their team in Abu Dhabi and help us design, build, and scale high-performance systems.
🚀 About the Role
As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in shaping our backend architecture and delivering robust, scalable services. You will collaborate closely with international teams to drive technical excellence and contribute to strategic decisions around system design and infrastructure.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# / .NET
- Architect scalable and resilient systems with a strong focus on performance and reliability
- Contribute to system design discussions and technical roadmaps
- Implement best practices in software development, testing, and deployment
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience in backend development with C# / .NET
- Strong understanding of system design and distributed architectures
- Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Solid knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
