Job Title : BA / Agile Scrum Master Data Squad Job Location : Dubai (Hybrid) Job Type : Contract Job Duration : 6 monthsr+rolling Role overview: Looking for BA / Scrum hybrid to support the data squad, someone who can bring structure, improve agile maturity, and step into business analysis responsibilities when needed. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping organise a less mature squad environment.
Key responsibilities
Support agile delivery for the data squad Drive structure and improve team delivery discipline Step in as a BA where requirements are not sufficiently detailed for developers Work with the Product Owner to refine requirements into development-ready inputs Bring practical agile ways of working into a lower-maturity data environment Stay hands-on with day-to-day delivery rather than limiting involvement to coaching
