Job Description
Role overview: We re seeking an Agile Scrum Master / Delivery Lead to support their digital squad.
This is not a pure coaching role.
The person will be expected to drive delivery on the ground, manage squad execution, and support release and regression activities as part of day-to-day delivery.
Key responsibilities
Lead agile delivery for a digital squad Run core squad ceremonies and maintain delivery momentum Coordinate releases and regression activities for the squad Work closely with developers, testers, product stakeholders, and wider business teams Remove blockers and keep delivery moving across web and app initiatives Act as a hands-on delivery owner rather than a process-only agile coach
