About The Role

We Aspire Education is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to drive business growth and establish strategic partnerships within the corporate sector.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business development capabilities, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Promote and present the company's education, training, and professional development solutions.
  • Conduct business meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers and senior executives.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Achieve sales objectives and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion within target industries.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular business development reports.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both **Arabic and English** (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or corporate sales.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to engage with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Self-driven, professional, and target-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
