About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop healthcare-sector business through outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Visit healthcare organizations to identify technology requirements.
• Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Qualify prospects and understand operational, administrative, and technology needs.
• Coordinate and deliver healthcare software product presentations.
• Work with presales and technical teams on proposals and demonstrations.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through commercial discussions and conversion.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Handle objections, negotiations, and follow-ups toward closure.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Monitor the market for new healthcare organizations and opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements

• One to two years of demonstrated B2B sales or business development experience is mandatory.
• Healthcare IT, ERP, EMR, HIS, HMS, hospital management software, or related technology exposure is an advantage.
• Experience dealing with business clients rather than only retail or consumer customers is required.
• Understanding of prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiation, follow-up, and closing is required.
• Comfort with face-to-face meetings and regular field visits is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management capabilities are required.
• Candidates should be self-driven, commercially minded, organized, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings within Saudi Arabia is required.
