Position Summary
Provide memorable and unique guest experiences at Element West Bay in Doha.
Deliver services throughout the guest stay and take initiative to do what is needed for guests.
Make operational transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles and transport luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Schedule and Workplace
- The role is full time.
- The position is not remote and is based in Zone 61, West Bay, Doha, Qatar.
- The position is non-management and requires extended standing, walking, stair use, and hands-on physical work.
