- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure follow-up after sales.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills (Arabic required; English is a plus).
- Sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
