- **Team Leadership:**Put the pedal to the metal and lead your crew of 45! Guide, mentor, and turbocharge your team, making sure they’re ready to accelerate toward their goals. From Territory Managers to Team Leads, you’ll keep everyone in the fast lane.
- **Metrics Improvement:**Time to fine-tune those KPIs!
- Increase token payments for reserving used cars – let’s put the brakes on indecision and speed up those bookings. ○ Optimize the delivery drop process – smooth, fast, and flawless car handovers.
- **Strategic Insights & Market Analysis:**
- Zoom through market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor moves. Share those insights with the team to shift gears and stay ahead in the race.
- Fine-tune sales approaches and drive smarter business decisions – because good data is like premium fuel.
- **Customer Satisfaction:**Keep our customers smiling through the entire sales process! You’ll be in charge of optimizing every touchpoint and ensuring they hit the gas on their satisfaction score. Your mission? Make every customer feel like they’re cruising in a brand-new car.
- **Process Optimization:**Identify the roadblocks, rev up the engine, and drive process improvements that make everything more efficient. Keep the sales highway clear for smooth operations and faster results.
- **Training & Development:** Get your team to top gear with training that sharpens their skills, product knowledge, and customer interaction. Hire the best, and build a team that’s unstoppable.
- **Incentive & Motivation:**Create incentives that keep the team on track for their goals. You’ll rev up motivation and help them hit new speed limits – because the higher they go, the faster we grow!
- **Forecasting & Strategic Planning:**Use data to predict the next turn and steer the sales ship in the right direction. Plan for the future, ensure the team is ready for any detours, and hit every goal with precision.
- What are we looking for:
- Proven experience in leading large sales teams, preferably in the automotive or retail sector (bonus points if you know your engines from your transmissions).
- Ability to provide strategic insights that steer business decisions and sales performance.
- Leadership that inspires the team to shift into overdrive and exceed their targets.
- Expertise in improving metrics, optimizing processes, and finding the best routes for success.
- Deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and what makes our customers tick.
