🚗 Now Hiring: Officer – After Sales Job Control

📍 Locations: Riyadh | Jeddah | Dammam

One of our clients, a leading automotive electrical manufacturing company , is looking for a dynamic Officer – After Sales Job Control to join their team and support efficient workshop operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support workshop productivity by monitoring flat-rate hours, technician loading, and capacity
  • Track and record labor hours, service remarks, and reports using the Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Prepare and manage daily job allocation and workshop scheduling
  • Ensure optimal utilization of workshop bays, tools, and equipment
  • Assign Repair Orders (ROs) based on technician skill level
  • Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) to ensure timely job completion
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors on job status and customer approvals
  • Manage sublet repairs and vehicles pending parts or approvals
  • Track technician performance and support development needs
  • Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards
  • Provide accurate productivity and performance reports to management

🎓 Requirements:

  • Diploma in Automotive Service Technology , Auto Electrical, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in an automotive workshop, servicing, or operations
